Victim Support choose IIZUKA’s Case Manager to manage more than 10,000 contacts per month

IIZUKA meet with the team at Victim Support’s Cardiff Contact Centre.

IIZUKA is delighted to announce that, after an open tender, Victim Support has chosen Case Manager to manage its casework and contacts across England and Wales. Victim Support is an independent charity that supports people affected by crime and traumatic incidents. They provide free, confidential support 24/7 as well as further specialist services to help people cope and recover.

Their National Contact Centre in Wales handles more than 10,000 contacts each month, both from people contacting them through their live chat line or by telephone and those who have been referred by the police.

Case Manager will allow them to store details securely, record agreed actions and referrals to other organisations and track progress and outcomes.

Victim Support joins a growing number of charities and organisations using Case Manager as an effective and efficient means of managing their caseloads, including the Drive Project, Cranstoun, Young Lives versus Cancer and Together for Short Lives.
