IIZUKA launches business partnership with St Basils - supporting young homeless people in the West Midlands

MD Greg Hayes launches partnership with St Basils’ Head of Communications and Fundraising Barrie Hodges.

We’re delighted to announce that the team at IIZUKA have chosen St Basils as our new charity partner.

Managing Director Greg Hayes said

‘We wanted to support a charity that makes a real difference to the lives of local people and St Basils fits the bill perfectly. Providing accommodation and support to young people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, really chimed with our team. As an organisation with a proud Brummie heritage we’re delighted to support a charity that makes such a difference in our city.’

IIZUKA launched the partnership with a first donation of £2,000. Pictured is MD Greg Hayes with St Basils’ Head of Fundraising and Communications Barrie Hodge, on a recent visit to the office to talk to the team about the charity and how we can make a difference through our support.

After meeting the team, Barrie said:

“We are absolutely delighted that IIZUKA has committed to supporting St Basils for the next year and we look forward to working with them to achieve their goals for this partnership. This support demonstrates their commitment to supporting local causes and will have a massive impact on the lives of young people across the West Midlands who are experiencing homelessness. On behalf of them all, thank you so much.”
