IIZUKA welcomes new customers

Despite the difficulties posed to all businesses operating through the pandemic, IIZUKA is delighted to announce a number of recent contract wins for its Case Manager software across the health and social care sector.

Government, NHS and third sector organisations have seen a significant increase in their casework load across the sector due in part to Covid-19 and many are recognising that secure, reliable case management software can increase their effectiveness and efficiency..

The Care Quality Commission is now using Case Manager within its Information Access Team, as well as within the investigation and reporting team.

NRS Healthcare have chosen Case Manager to support independent living for vulnerable people.

Together for Short Lives is using Case Manager to support families of children with life-limiting conditions.

South Staffordshire Network for Mental Health chose Case Manager to provide support for residents in their area with mental health needs.

St Andrews Community Trust is now using Case Manager to support their community in accessing welfare and benefits.

These customers have been among the first to benefit from IIZUKA’s new transparent pricing model, where all business analysis and implementation costs are included in the annual licence fee, allowing these organisations certainty over costs and ensuring they start reaping the rewards of adopting the software quickly and seamlessly.

Managing Director Greg Hayes said:

‘We’ve seen a growing interest in secure, reliable case management software across the sectors we support, but particularly in the areas of health and social care. During the pandemic we’ve developed a number of new features in Case Manager, such as the ability to integrate with an organisation’s  website, so that the public can self-refer for help and support and their data is immediately available to caseworkers.

I am delighted to be building relationships with all of these new customers, helping them to simplify complex case management and improve their services to their clients.’
