IIZUKA – Business continuity arrangements in the face of coronavirus

To protect the health and well-being of our team and ensure continuity of service to customers IIZUKA is invoking its business continuity plan.

From Monday 16th March, all IIZUKA employees will be working from home.

We have made sure that there will be no impact on the service we provide to our customers:

  • All contact numbers and email addresses remain the same and will be manned during normal operational hours;
  • Levels of service will not be affected, all employees have full, secure access to the systems, data and equipment needed to fulfil their roles; and
  • There is no danger of disruption to service or accessibility to the system or data contained within it.

We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any changes to these arrangements via our website, social media channels and email.
