IIZUKA announce partnership for education sector with Membership Solutions Ltd

IIZUKA is delighted to announce a new partnership with MSL, Membership Solutions Ltd, to provide an integrated Case Management solution for managing advice and general enquiries in the education sector.

MSL, based at the University of Warwick, provides website, venue management and membership systems for some of the largest Student Unions in the UK as well as charities, universities and other membership organisations.

IIZUKA have been producing Case Management systems for over a decade for a range of sectors including Universities and Central and Local government. Case Manager is the successor to IIZUKA’s WROSeS system, which has been used by several Student Unions and University customers for more than 10 years.

Case Manager is targeted at student advice services, but can be configured easily to do much more, such as manage general enquiries, feedback or complaints – anything where an issue needs to be tracked to the point of resolution.

IIZUKA’s Managing Director, Greg Hayes, said:

‘We’re really excited at the prospect of this new partnership. Both MSL and IIZUKA have a great track record in their respective fields, so together, we will deliver a sector-leading product to help Student Unions and education bodies.

IIZUKA has been providing case management systems to customers in the education sector for ten years and we’ve recently introduced new features for Case Manager, such as our mobile app, which works on Android tablets. We’re now looking forward to developing a market-leading product for MSL’s customer base.’

For existing customers of MSL, Case Manager will be available as an add-on to the MSL system. Case Manager will be supported by MSL and hosted by IIZUKA on their resilient ISO27001 accredited UK based platform. Integration with the MSL system includes contact details lookup, appointment booking, and demographic reporting based on your existing demographic information.

Case Manager can also be purchased as a standalone system – the MSL system is not a prerequisite.
