IIZUKA continues to expand

New apprentice Tommy

New apprentice project implementation officer Tommy Willetts

Due to a number of recent contract wins, IIZUKA is expanding its team again.

Meet our newest recruit Tommy Willetts. Tommy joins us as an Apprentice Project Implementation Officer, while also studying for a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship. Tommy will be working in our Client Services team, supporting clients to implement our Case Manager software in their organisations.

After completing a degree in economics and history, Tommy decided to develop his interest in technology and completed an Open University course in data skills.  He feels his new role is an ideal mix of his skills and interests:

‘I’ve had a really warm welcome from the team at IIZUKA. Getting to grips with Case Manager in a short period of time has been challenging, but I’m really excited to get involved with clients and deliver IIZUKA’s new implementation process. Being able to work while also studying is a fantastic way for me to develop my career and I’m so pleased to be doing it at IIZUKA.’

Head of Client Services Pete Patel said:

‘We were delighted to welcome Tommy, our second new apprentice so far in 2022. We know from customers that our new implementation process is making a real difference to how quickly and successfully organisations can get up and running with Case Manager, even if they are making other major changes to how they work at the same time. Tommy will help us develop this service while building his career in the technology sector - it’s a win-win for both!’
