IIZUKA launches new training and support service

Customer service is extremely important to IIZUKA. So, in response to requests from customers, IIZUKA has launched a new partnership for training and post-implementation support services with PCA Limited, an organisation that exclusively supports public and third sector organisations on all matters digital.

PCA Limited have worked with IIZUKA for more than 10 years, supporting implementations and providing training services. Now, we’ve taken that one step further with the launch of a one-stop shop support service for customers which can be booked directly through PCA.

The service will cover:

  • Training on Case Manager
  • Telephone/Email support for training and implementation queries
  • Web demonstrations
  • Remote support
  • On site support
  • Configuration services

IIZUKA’s Managing Director Greg Hayes said:

“We’re getting more and more enquiries from customers for extra training and configuration. While we’re always happy to help our customers, we recognised that providing expert support from a professional training organisation would be of immense value. The PCA team have worked with us for more than 10 years, so we had no hesitation in asking them to extend the support they provide and together we developed this new service for all customers.”
