New Messaging Module launched for Case Manager

IIZUKA are excited to announce the launch of our re-vamped Messaging module, available to all Case Manager customers now.

The app works within Case Manager and allows users to send emails and SMS messages from within the system.

SMS: 91% of adults in the UK keep their smartphone within reach at all times! Avoid ‘no shows’ by scheduling appointment reminders for clients, or notify them of progress on their case at key points. Set up templates for your message types and send manually, or schedule to send automatically.

Email: Send emails to clients, other caseworkers or third parties from within Case Manager, attaching documents as needed. No need to cut and paste from external email clients, as all emails are automatically saved in the case records.

The module will ensure that all communications are recorded against the case, vital for audit purposes, performance management and reporting.

The module is available as a ‘plug-in’ to Case Manager and integration is seamless.
