WROSeS Student Advice
Who uses it?
The application allows a team or multi teams of managed caseworkers and associated staff to operate a consistent case management service. The 3 main user roles are:
-
Advisers or Caseworkers
-
Managers or team leaders
-
Administrators
An individual user may have one or more of these roles.
What are the Benefits?
-
Students seeking advice receive a better service because the facts surrounding their cases are securely held in a system that limits access
-
Caseworkers can record, update and view case details throughout and after the life of a case with the minimum use of paper
-
Team leaders and managers can view workloads and adjust case ownership
-
Time and effort compiling management reports to stakeholders is reduced to a few clicks
A key benefit for any advice unit that is new to electronic case management is the immediate reduction in the burden of keeping on top of paper storage. Read about the experiences of Aston University.
How does it work?
The application manages the types of data that are common to all types of case management. These are generally described as:
-
Clients
-
Cases
-
