A Thriving Partnership

"Since 2002 Lancashire County Council Welfare Rights Service and IIZUKA Software Technologies have enjoyed a thriving partnership that has created the definitive case management application for welfare rights and other advice sector agencies - WROSeS.

There are probably not many fields of advice-giving that change as rapidly and as frequently as welfare benefit rights advice.

It is imperative that any software application used by advisors can be adjusted to such rapid changes as new benefits, new entitlement to benefits or the way in which third party funders, such as the Community Legal Service, can change auditing requirements that are imposed on advice providers.

WROSeS is one such application that can adapt and change as circumstances dictate. No longer are we constrained by an off-the-shelf product, which is unwieldy or wildly expensive to customise. Indeed, one such change to the application should suffice for all those using it, which means no duplication of effort.

IIZUKA have provided the creative and futuristic enabling technology that is fit for purpose today and flexible enough to be changed as and when required. Long may this partnership continue, not only for ourselves but also for the wider advice sector community."
