Autumn Blossom for WROSeS!
Following a number of successful information days up and down the country WROSeS has been recently accepted by three more organisations: Colchester Borough Council, Lancaster University and Cheshire County Council.
WROSeS stands for Welfare Rights Online Secure electronic System and provides advice caseworkers with a paperless method of recording client details and tracking the outcome meetings, telephone calls, letters and any other communication between the caseworker, the client and other agencies such the legal services.

Lancaster University Student Advice Services will use WROSeS to keep on top of their casework with students.
Greg Hayes, IIZUKA Managing Director, says "We are seeing increasing interest in the use of electronic records within the advice services.
