What LG really really wants
IIZUKA attended Public Sector Forums' footie-based double header in Manchester 26-27 March.
Day one was at the magnificent new Manchester City stadium with CRM being the main topic. Day two was in the more historic confines of Old Trafford focusing on Contact Centres. During these events IIZUKA conducted a survey of delegates about CRM and Contact Centre system benefits entitled 'What do you really really want?' featuring 10 questions.
