What is WROSeS?

WROSeS is an electronic case management system that was originally designed in conjunction with Welfare Rights practitioners in Lancashire County Council. It enables advice workers to securely capture and record interactions they have with their clients. The application is built on a flexible framework so can be customised extensively to accommodate the needs of ANY service that gives advice. For information on customisation click here .

WROSeS has been designed to eliminate much of the hassle and risk caused by traditional paper-based methods.

WROSeS has been designed in conjunction with actual caseworkers and advice practitioners to offer a practical, useable solution that can also be customised extensively to a service's individual requirements and business processes. We believe that one-size does not fit all!

WROSeS can be accessed using a web browser without the need to install anything onto office PCs.

WROSeS can work in remote locations and on mobile devices; enabling practioners to capture information in the field.

In addition, WROSeS can be integrated with CASeS which provides your clients with the ability to securely access their own information.

WROSeS also adheres to the Government's interoperability framework, e-GIF and complies with W3C standards
