Background
Eaga Group based in Newcastle are a not for profit organisation that fulfils a range of service provision tasks on behalf of government backed schemes such as Warm Homes for British Gas, Scottish Executive and local government. Clients are mainly housing association members. Each client can partake in more than one scheme.
Solution
As a result of early requirements gathering IIZUKA recognised that Eaga required an adapted version of its WROSeS system. However Eaga keeps adding to its service portfolio and this is where the flexibility of KOZO components as come into play.
