WROSeS can store its case data in most modern relational databases including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

WROSeS is accessed through a web browser.

WROSeS requires no installation on the normal user's machines.

Access to the advanced report and letter editor requires a Java runtime Environment to be installed on the user's machine.

WROSeS uses and can produce XML.

WROSeS can be installed on most server operating systems and webservers as long as a Java Runtime Environment and Servlet Engine are available.
