Letters

Standard letters can be stored and generated during case work. These letters can be edited before delivery.

SMS messaging

SMS can be added to WROSeS to enable case workers to notify their clients via an SMS text message that work has been completed etc. This optional add-on is dependent on whether the authority has a relationship with an SMS provider.

Post code lookup

WROSeS has been integrated with all of the main postcode lookup software providers. When integrated, users only have to type in a hose number and postcode to retrieve all of the address details which can include ward.
