Steve Randerson

Steve graduated with a BSc (Hons) in genetics, realised that his main interest lay in ICT and went on to gain an MSc with distinction in Computer Science (Software Engineering). Steve has been a commercial programmer for seven years, mostly in the role of system architect and designer. Steve has earned the respect of customers for his sound innovation and robust systems. He also plays many client-facing roles and is an experienced project manager and team leader.
Steve leads a team of software experts in complementary fields that have worked together for over five years. Previously the team specified, designed and delivered several enterprise-scale, mission critical business systems. Customers include: The Halifax, British Airways, Specialist Computer Holdings and Britannic Assurance.
As a systems architect Steve has been foremost in conceiving the KOZO Technology strategy.
Steve is also responsible for Maintenance and Support processes.
In 2006 IIZUKA was awarded a key contract for the supply of the 101 service application to Northumbria Police Authority and Steve has played a key role in the overall project by assisting in establishing Home Office standards for single non emergency number incidents. The 101 programme has been a demonstration of Steve’s leadership and his ability work with partner organisations in complex situations.
