Where integration has already been set up between systems, for example between a council CRM system and the back office, this can be reused and can be brought into the overall integration across the partnership.
Integration need NOT be necessary
For some organisations within a partnership integration can be a costly and impractical challenge. IIZUKA Citizen Services Manager has been designed to allow these organisations to operate within the partnership without system integration.
'Touchpoint' Integration
IIZUKA's approach, called 'touchpont' integration, allows organisations to integrate only some of their service areas where they are at different stages and are managed through different back office systems.
