Oliver Wight EMEA is the European division of the global management training corporation. It operates with a core staff and over 200 associates that act in consultant, trainer, coach and mentor roles depending on customer requirements.
The client originally had an IT system that featured four different unconnected systems. This made the preparation of management reports time consuming and in some cases inaccurate due to differences in the data held in the various sources.
