On the Crest of a Wave
Since January this year IIZUKA has been involved in an exciting new project to deliver a dedicated event management system to Northumbria Police Authority as part of the Home Office funded Single Non Emergency Number (SNEN) Programme. As leaders in the programme Northumbria are in Wave 1 of what is now known as the 101 Service. The project was initially delivered in April with the system going live in early July.
IIZUKA supplied the software application using its unique KOZO Technology and are responsible for 24x7 support of the software.
IIZUKA are sub contractors to Sopra Newell & Budge and the two companies are now addressing the requirements of the roughly 14 Wave 2 applicants.
