IIZUKA was delighted to win a G-Cloud (Government Digital Marketplace) tender to provide Case Management services to the Legal Services team at the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The Legal Services team provide legal advice and support to all teams within the CQC and needed an efficient system to manage workflow processes, integrate with internal communications channels such as the intranet and store data securely.
IIZUKA provided advice and support to document, analyse and standardise existing processes and integrate the new system with existing channels.
