IIZUKA enables FOSS
IIZUKA attands the FOSS National Conference in London, 22-23 May 2007
FOSS stands for Front Office Shared Services and the two-day conference was the climax of the FOSS programme, which spotlighted exemplary cases of the local public sector working together to deliver better services. It brought together key public service agendas including:
-
localism and partnership working
-
Gershon
-
Varney
-
transformational government
-
new ways of working
The programme has focused on identifying projects that demonstrate how customer need is driving local public sector service transformation. The 101 programme in Northumbria was one of the projects showcased during the event. IIZUKA attended to support the Northumbria Partnership and Sunderland CC.
KOZO SDM
During the event IIZUKA was able to discuss future requirements that meet the FOSS agenda and how KOZO SDM based on the 101 programme can enable the objectives of FOSS.
