Benefits WROSeS
Lancashire County Council Welfare Rights Service led the specification of WROSeS during 2002-2003 and have been in partnership with IIZUKA since 2004 to promote the concept. The service has over 40 welfare rights officers and staff working in six teams across the county.
Darlington Borough Council required a consistent method of providing a quicker service to clients whilst interfacing with the Community Legal Services. As a small team they elected to take the advantages of a hosted service.
Money WROSeS
Hounslow Borough Council operates a wide scope of services and required components to manage Debt and Funeral advice.
Student WROSeS
Aston University students are supported by the Students' Advice Centre mainly dealing with academic, immigration, money and housing problems.
