Can WROSeS be Customised?

Certain elements of WROSeS can be customised by your own administrators and users. This includes control over:

Picklists and drop-down fields such as titles, ethnicity to match the terms you already use
Definition of the benefits and groupings of benefits as your organisation knows
Management of letter templates
Management of reports

Other elements of WROSeS can be customised by IIZUKA before the system is delivered to you. This technical customisation can include:

Look and feel or branding changes to match your organisation's branding, colours and logos
Addition, removal and alteration of fields and data structures to allow WROSeS to store case information to your unique structure
Addition, removal and alteration of system screens to provide views of data that suit your users
Example reports that can be adjusted by your own users
Extension through combination with other IIZUKA products such as CASeS, Freedom of Information and Content Management
