The SNEN System Users
All partners use the The SNEN System for 101 service request tracking within a distributed contact centre model. Some partners take calls and deliver services; others just deliver services.
Since 101 Service launch, Sunderland, Newcastle Councils and Northumbria Police have handled the calls. Advisers are employed by the call-taking partner for each location.
The operational management team administer the application and can add organisations, update and add to the service catalogue and customise the records used for recording different types of events and services. The operational management team also has access to build custom reports of the data held in The SNEN System.
